Hope Haven Charity Tournaments 2010

HHCT At-A-Glance

HHCT will be played at the Beau Rivage Casino and Resort the week of May 19th through May 22nd.

We have planned the following tournament schedule:

Thursday, May 20, 8PM: OMAHA/8 Pot Limit, Beau Rivage Poker Room, $75.00 + Casino Fee ($15) and Dealer Appreciation for Extra Chips ($10).
Friday, May 21, 4PM: TOC®-Style, Beau Rivage Poker Room, $75.00 + Casino Fee ($15) and Dealer Appreciation for Extra Chips ($10).
Saturday, May 22, 9AM: No Limit Holdem Tournament, Beau Rivage Poker Room, $100.00 + Casino Fee ($15) and Dealer Appreciation for Extra Chips ($10).

Each tournament will offer a one time $2000 in extra chips for a donation of $10 to Hope Haven.

Please note that the Tournament starting times are subject to change depending on the number of players and circumstances beyond our control.

Wed May 19th- 6PM $120 Super Stack NLHE
Thur May 20th- 12PM $60 NLHE Bonus Chip, 6PM $120 Super Stack NLHE
Fri. May 21st- 12PM $120 Super Stack NLHE, $5,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool.
Sat. May 22nd- 12PM $235 $10,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool.
Sun. May 23rd- 12PM $120 $5,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool.

Smoker Dinner

A Wednesday night "Smoker Dinner" is planned in the Coast (former Brew Pub) of the Beau Rivage. The time will be at 7:30pm.

Tipping of other personnel such as runners, desk, etc is highly recommended since they make everything run as smoothly as possible.

All entries will be handled starting one hour before each tournament starts. Johnny Grooms' Poker room staff will handle all fees. You must have a Beau Rivage Players Club Card to enter any tournament. These cards are available at the Beau Rivage Player's Club and are free.

Charity

Hope Haven Abused Children's Center of Hancock County will continue as our Charity this year. Please give generously. Visits to see the fine work they are doing can be arranged by contacting Mark Hughes.

Registration Fee

There will be a registration fee of $25 payable in advance, by check, to cover cost of trophies, HHCT Souvenir Chip, etc.

Room Reservations

Johnny Grooms at the Beau Rivage was only able to secure rooms for HHCT at the $79/$99 weekday/weekend room rates. Please consider a roommate to split costs if all the rooms are reserved. Do not call the Hotel Directly. Instead, ask for the poker room. The Poker Room Direct Number is 228-386-7092. HHCT Players must call the poker office and ask for Donna or Johnny. Make sure you mention HHCT, as the Beau is booking many rooms for their Spring Break Tournament. If you do not get an answer, be sure to leave a voice mail and mention HHCT.

Who is Eligible to Register for HHCT?

Registrations are open to all.

When will Registration Open?

Registration for HHCT will open upon your receipt of this form. All registration must be done in the Beau Rivage Poker room.

Cancellation of Registrations

Since the $25 registration fee is going to be spent whether you show up or not there will be no refunds.

If you are registered and have to cancel please e-mail Mark at oldbear46@hotmail.com as it is important that we provide the Beau Rivage Poker Room with a reasonably accurate count to schedule their tables and dealers
